Count BIGDOG in. Although I've changed my home site to Harpo's Sports Café in Brook Park, OH due to a programming issue, I'll most likely play at Wing Warehouse in Northfield, OH (it may show as Scorchers).

Shadowbrooks's Bogey's Bar and Grill is where you will find trivia (see link). Nice place, friendly, plenty of TVs, NO Smoking although you may get an occasional whiff of fresh-cut grass from the nearby golf course.
Before you go, check with them to verify Buzztime is working. I stopped by on July 29 and it was not- no signal from Buzztime. Could be the recent storms blew the dish off the roof.

BTW most places these days have broadband cable setups rather than satellite. If they are willing to let players help them fix these outages I can usually do most fixes. Typically either a PC reboot or a modem reboot does the trick. Sometimes you have to release and reset the IP address from manager functions too.

We had a similar thing lately where I am and while it took me half an hour to diagnose (by trying everything else - I claim no special ability beyond trial and error) it took them a couple days to fix because all their POS systems etc are internet based so we had to wait until a manager brave enough to reboot the modem was on duty.

I'm taking the month of August off of NTN to get my gameplay numbers somewhat out of the land of Dysfunction Junction.

Thus, no August Solofest for BIGDOG, although I eagerly await the Autumn version.

Just giving the liver and wallet a rest (as I am also working on stopping smoking).

stupid question time..what happens if there are other players in the site? Are you DQ'd..

or do you just have to do your best to avoid them especially if they are noisy ..I'm hoping to play at my homesite - its a big place so I should be able to physically separate myself from others if needed.

Just avoid hearing their answers if possible. Nobody can control their environment 100% and even non-players give audible answers unasked at times. I'd avoid places with known loud teams and nowhere to hide and then trust to luck.
