Dante, you may lock this thread if you want.

One day someone else will go to 86th Street Pub and have a good time. Then this
thread will return to normal. :)

Gentlemen, while you are perfectly within your rights to continue discussing this, I think pretty much everything that can be said has been said, and not much is going to get resolved. I'd ask that you please take the rest of this conversation to private message and let this thread die.

You just like to suck the fun out of everything. :P

So that's why everyone always tells me I suck. I thought perhaps I had an unconscious career in gay porn I didn't know about.

I'll not even get anywhere near to touching that.

Anyway, I have no dog in this hunt whatsoever but, having followed all of this thread from the beginning, I will put this forth...

There is one person on this thread that comes off as calculated, thorough & matter of fact.

There is another that comes off as whining, griping & bellyaching.

I'll let youz guys figger out which would be which.

Apparently WB Tanaka got PO'ed at everybody at the last Triviapalooza. I missed it but apparently he left when no one would agree with him.

Not true, Frank. I left because I couldn't hear anybody's words during game play well enough to understand them, as I made clear at the time. The first days of Triviapalooza were excellent, a couple of dozen folks were very kind to me, and I've remained in touch with several folks I met there. Nobody at Triviapalooza treated me badly.

For the record, drugs and surgery have failed to restore my hearing fully, but I've had the pleasure of visiting a couple of sites since Triviapalooza, regardless. The past several weeks a member of my family has had a health issue that has severely limited my time available for any Buzztime play, or even for posting here. Things are working out, though: I was able to play a few hours on Friday, and TOLLE kicked my butt for several games in a row.
