I may have to go to Detroit for a few weeks for training for work. Anyone know of good sites in the area?

It depends in what area you are staying.

If you are north east of the core, there is JP Shakers or Shores Inn. Shores is ranked 16th for trivia. As a bonus, you might get a pie in the face from kooky.

if south/south west of city, there is Boomers . I've never heard much of them but the are well ranked too.

None of the Windsor sites south of the border would be of great interest for trivia. some of the non-Buzztime establishments could be more interesting

As he testifies for kooky at Shores Inn (a fine place the Kzoo Krew has road-tripped to), I'll speak highly of VISHNU and WIZARD at JP Shaker's as excellent Showdown players and fine folks.
However, if you want to play with the Big Dogs [ahem] of Michigan, ya gotta come 3 hours west to Fletcher's outside of Kalamazoo, particularly on Tusdays and Saturdays.
