Was looking for a site in Quakerstown-Norristown strip in PA (preferably nonsmoking if anyone can still help) and it looks like some time since I last searched on it a couple months ago the reviews have been removed and disabled. Yet again BT shows that they do not really want player to player communication and information. With very few exceptions (why some people take it personally that someone else doesn't like their bar I have no idea) the reviews were generally free of their stated problems with player access and, while they ran the gamut from useless to detailed and invaluable, I always used them to usually good effect. I tried to make my own detailed and useful, honest without being abusive OR effusive, and inevitably containing some good point even when I had to think hard to come up with one. I was far from alone. Anyone know of any other possible reason beyond shutting down open communication this could have happened (after all they deleted any abusive ones, quite rightly, anyway)? Couldn't see another thread on this with a quick search. Sorry if I missed it.

Oh and they took off the miles distance column too for some reason.

You have to click on the sites name then you will see a link to the reviews. I dont like this setup but they are still there.

In Quakerstown, there is a site that I played at frequently when I worked at a golf course up there. The site is called Hobo's. When I was last there, they had some connectivity issues. There was always some one playing. The player that was fairly good was a college professor who played under the handle Xerxes.

Back then (4 years ago), it had a non-smoking area.

That one also puzzled me, although the distance estimates were crude at best (and quite inaccurate at worst.) Also, there should be an option to display the distances in kilometers. However, what they had was better than nothing at all.

I saw that also. We used that distance away info ALL the time, it was very useful.
I sent BT a comment through the website about putting that feature back in.

Anyone else who used that info should do the same here:
http://www.buzztime.com/contact-us-web-site.html (site finder problem)

That should be easy enough to put back in.

Never used them as the site listed as closest to my apartment was Damons even though I would have to drive past multiple Buzztime locations to get there...

I have gone back a deleted several of mine of my four accounts over the years if they are more than six months old.
The changes that occure with staff, pricing and other things were not always the same.
Plus if I had other accounts deleted the review also was removed also I saw later.
