Louisville KY March 11-20

Hi all--

I'll be in Louisville for work March 11-20. I am staying at the Galt House but won't have a car so anything within walking /short cab ride distance would be lovely.

Are you looking for trivia places/players, or just things to do?

You picked a tough time for trivia. This is college basketball tournament time, and most bars will dedicate 125% of their televisions to sports. It will take a lot of work from regulars to get one tv switched to trivia. I might be able to hook up on the Wednesday 16th, but will post on here a definite yes/no

Well, the only downtown trivia spot, Sports and Social recently dropped trivia.

Closest will be Bearnos across the river in Jeffersonville, but basically no one plays there.

BW3 in the Highlands is next closest, has some players.

Are you going to ask about a team trivia bar in your area and then when the team is there not even approach them?

Interesting comment. Scar is right on downtown locations. He did leave out the Granville Inn. Which is also a short cab ride. It is one of Dante's favorite places to play.

I'm an 80% "go" on being able to pick you up/drop you off on Wednesday.

I don't like the smell of bleach. I will give it a chance again sometime. If it smells not-like-bleach, I will change my opinion.

As it turns out with the work schedule I will have two afternoons but no evenings off, so it looks like I will not get a chance to go play. Thanks for the input, folks.
