Hells bells. This Sunday, 5/25, for the first two games of Lunchtime Trivia in the Pacific time zone, all individual handles except for non-registered ones are showing as P+ NEW. :roll: :(

EDIT - all Lunchtime Trivia games, and the 1st network wide Countdown game. :cry:

There always seems to be something screwed up on a major holiday weekend. In the past there have been repeat games all weekend. It wasn't just a site issue either.

I called it in; the customer service guys weren't aware, at least until 4:30 EDT.

As an aside, I've long praised the customer service team there and I still do; they are friendly, helpful and dogged in their follow-up. That said, one thing that alternately amuses and annoys me is that their first go-to is that it's a problem at my end, i.e., with our computer. I'm sure this is because of a combination of their training and the fact that most people who call in are clueless, but I am a frequent caller there, as we care about the game at our bar and I am a player as well as a manager. In cases like this, where I describe accurately and succinctly the issue, and it's pretty obvious that it's not a site-specific problem, as the system is reporting site scores but not individuals, they still say, "Let me have a look at your system and I'll get back to you." And this was a guy I've spoken with dozens of times. Today it made me laugh. Next time it'll piss me off.

Well, hell. Sounds like a good day to take off. :roll:

It will be more than a lil interesting to see how quickly on Tuesday this is fixed, given that whomever might be tending to technical issues over this holiday weekend is not likely to drag their ass back to Carlsbad to take a lil look. :(

If the issue is resolved like the 'Player Satistics' page, I wouldn't hold much hope. They haven't worked properly on a weekend for almost a month. Then after being updated for one day last week, is messed up again. :roll:

As of last night, it seems as if the problem is fixed. Now, if I could only fix my game. :lol:
