Not long ago, Playmakers in Garfield Heights dropped NTN after a few years. I spoke with a number of players who would no longer go there after their credit cards were double-charged. I never had the problem paying cash, and Terry, the original owner, was great to talk to, as he was a walking encyclopedia of the city of Cleveland. He retired, management changed, and it was not as rewarding to go there.
Down the hill from Garfield Heights, Panini's in Independence also dropped the game. They had great food, the tablets and a sweet outdoor patio. It was a great place to have a sandwich and a beer in nice weather while playing. RIP. I was informed management had changed, Panini's will be operating under a different name under different management and dropped NTN. One of my alters ego is based there, and PHUKOV will most likely be moving to Bedford Heights OH.
Greater Cleveland is starting to become site-poor as well, as only one NTN site (West Park Station) is within the city proper.
