Teverett loves shoes. Every day she goes on Internet sites such as QVC, and places orders for more shoes. This has been going on for years, and as the shoes filled her closets and started to fall out and overflow her bedroom, she decided to add a new room to her house. It is a room dedicated to her shoes, most of which she has never worn, and probably never will. For her to ever wear them all is rapidly becoming mathematically impossible. She would need to wear three different pairs every day, and live to be 125 to wear them all. Every day this becomes even more of an impossibility, as Fed X and UPS trucks keep piling more boxes of new shoes on her door step.

If Imelda Marcos ever becomes aware of this, she will be very envious of TEVERETT.

Cloudy, Leopard is not my color. Besides, I think men should have to run a mile in Stilettos and see how they are feeling.

Speaking of which, in August, Cloudy is going to be taking part in a Cincinnati tradition - the Delhi Skirt game where Real Men wear dresses and heels to play softball for charity. I think Cloudy will look good as Catwoman in those heels.

TEVERETT no longer mows her lawn. Tired of pulling weeds, spreading fertilizer, watering, raking, mowing, etc., she had the top six inches of her lawn removed last fall. When that was done, she had a contractor pour concrete, where the dirt and grass used to be. After it dried, she covered it with Astro Turf.

I would guess that TEVERETT isn't responding, because she is too busy trying to figure out why the tulip bulbs she planted in her front yard last fall aren't popping up, so I will make a command decision and post a baseless lie about someone else.

Mudee still has an old IBM 286 computer in his basement, which still works, and a collection of dozens and dozens of old DOS computer games on 5 1/4" floppies. He plays them every night in hopes of finally beating at least one of them. :lol:

Keep plugging away my friend, and if you are still stuck on Infocom's "Wishbringer", I think I can give you some help. :lol:

Cloudy is a small person of Asian decent that has more than a lil advantage over all other trivia players in that he travels all around this great land in an attempt to visit every NTN site ever conceived.

Iceman attempted to sue Miller Brewing company for name infringement with calling their non-alcoholic beer Icehouse. He claimed it was tarnishing the image of his Ice House.

Flummoxed by the failure of any of the seeds, bulbs, and plants she put in to live or grow in her yard, TEVERETT finally called in a landscaping company to solve her problem. When they arrived, the landscaping crew took one look at her Astro Turf yard, shook their heads, and returned their plants and shovels to their truck. They told her that they would have to go to Wal-Mart to pick up some special plants to landscape her yard. They returned in a short while, with a concrete drill and beautiful fake, plastic bushes and flowers, which they inserted and glued into her yard. When TEVERETT came out to see what they had done, she was in awe of her new landscaping, and asked the crew how often she should water them. The head guy of the crew rolled his eyes, and told her, "Lady, you have a special yard, and these are special plants that you will never have to water. Cloudy delivers newspapers now. He particularly likes to deliver newspapers to teverett, because he likes to watch the Astroturf-bounce off of her front yard. He enjoys life's simpler pleasures. :mrgreen:

This, of course, explains the seven Cincinnati Enquirer's and nine USA Today's on teverett's roof. (She has yet to notice.)

For those of you, who do not already know it, our Zog is a direct descendant of former Albanian ruler, King Zog. King Zog was a benevolent ruler, however, Albanian government officials recently decided to go after his grandson (our Zog) for making public Albanian national secrets. Albania is demanding that our Zog be returned to Albania to stand trial for treason and espionage.
